Quick answers

How do I manage my subscription?

Open the App Store, tap your profile icon, then tap Subscriptions. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your GrindKit Pro plan from there.

How do I connect my Square account?

Go to Account → Connect Square and follow the prompts. GrindKit uses read-only access to import your daily sales — we never modify your Square data.

Why aren't events showing in my area?

Event discovery searches within your selected distance from your home zip code. Try increasing the distance slider in the Discover view. New events are added continuously as our discovery engine scans upcoming quarters.

Can I use GrindKit for a food truck or catering business?

Absolutely. GrindKit was built for mobile coffee vendors, but the tools work for any mobile food or beverage business — food trucks, catering trailers, mobile bars, and pop-ups.

Is my data secure?

Your data is stored securely with encryption at rest and in transit. Sensitive information on your device is encrypted with AES-256. We never sell or share your data.
